Job Title: Project Coordinator/Manager

Location: Norwalk CT (Remote)

Duration: 3 Months Contract

Experience: 5 Years Education level: Bachelors degree

This role is remote and can sit anywhere in US.

Job Summary

The business is looking for someone to project manage the implementation of a large new program with many stakeholders and moving parts. The candidate will coordinate meetings manage the project plan follow up on deliverables track risks and escalate appropriately.

Responsibilities:

Calendar and Meeting Coordination: managing calendars scheduling meetings and ensuring all relevant stakeholders are invited and informed. This will involve coordinating with both internal and external parties to find suitable meeting times and locations.

Meeting Summaries and Key Takeaways: attending project meetings taking detailed notes and creating comprehensive meeting summaries. These daily summaries will include key takeaways action items and any decisions made during the meeting.

Implementation Plan Updates: maintaining and updating our Smartsheetbased Implementation Plan daily. This will involve communicating with responsible parties to track progress updating task statuses and ensuring the plan reflects the most current information.

Must have:

Extensive experience and proficiency in using project management tools such as Smartsheet for maintaining project plans tracking progress and managing deliverables. Additionally proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and communication purposes.

Proven ability to effectively engage and communicate with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization including internal teams and external partners

Demonstrated proficiency in all aspects of project management including planning execution monitoring and closing.

A bachelors degree in business administration Project Management or a related field. Additional certifications in project management (e.g. PMP) are highly desirable and can enhance candidacy.
