02 years of experience in BPO/KPO order booking/management.
Freshers must possess their provisional certificate.
Candidate must reside in Chennai.
Responsibilities:
Manage customer orders efficiently and accurately.
Ensure timely order processing and delivery.
Communicate effectively with customers regarding order status and inquiries.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve orderrelated issues.
Requirements:
Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Willingness to work in night shifts.
Proficiency in PC operations database management and project/process handling.
Customerfocused mindset with proactive and independent work approach.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in any discipline.
Previous experience in customer service or order management roles.
