Oversee endtoend payroll processes for employees in multiple countries ( US UK and other European countries)
Ensure accurate calculation of salaries bonuses and other compensation components
Process payroll in compliance with local tax regulations and employment laws.
Run defensive queries to identify errors in payroll.
Compliance/Regulations & Audits.
Stay uptodate with international payroll regulations and ensure compliance with local tax laws.
Address legal and regulatory changes affecting payroll processes and implement necessary adjustments.
Understand audit requirement & frame process around the audit controls.
Reporting & Analysis
Generate and analyze payroll reports to identify trends discrepancies and areas for improvement.
Prepare and present payrollrelated data to management as needed.
