Job Title: Scrum Master with AEM Experience
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 months
Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with a solid background in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to join our team. As a Scrum Master you will be responsible for leading and facilitating agile ceremonies coaching the team on agile practices and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Your AEM expertise will be crucial in guiding the team through the development and implementation of AEM solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily standups sprint reviews and retrospectives
- Coach the team on agile principles and practices
- Collaborate with product owners developers and stakeholders to prioritize and deliver highquality features
- Remove impediments and ensure the team has everything they need to be successful
- Guide the team in the development and implementation of AEM solutions
- Monitor and report on project progress ensuring deadlines are met
- Continuously improve team processes to increase efficiency and quality
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in computer science engineering or a related field
- 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment
- Proven experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Strong understanding of agile principles and practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other Adobe Marketing Cloud products (e.g. Adobe Analytics Adobe Target)
- Knowledge of JIRA or other agile project management tools
