We are currently seeking a motivated and detailoriented individual to join our team as an EntryLevel Epoxy Floor Installer. In this role you will work closely with experienced technicians to learn the skills and techniques necessary for successful epoxy floor installations. Requirements

**Responsibilities:**

Assist in the preparation of surfaces for epoxy installation.

Learn to apply epoxy coatings according to industry standards.

Assist in the repair and maintenance of existing epoxy floors.

Work collaboratively with the installation team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols on job sites.

Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Open to some local travel within the state

**Qualifications:**

High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required

Drivers License with reliable transportation

Criminal backgrounds are reviewed on a case by case basis an a whole person approach.

No prior experience in epoxy floor installation required; onthejob training provided.

Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and processes.
