Chief of Staff

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Chief of Staff youll act as the right hand of our founders in the daytoday management of the company. You provide the necessary information to make effective decisions and youre responsible to prioritize and execute strategic projects.

ONCE YOU ARE HERE YOU WILL:

• Youll use an analytical approach to simplify problems and serve as sparring partner for our senior management in strategic and operational questions
• You enable the senior management and their respective teams to focus on their functional expertise by aligning goals creating transparency and smooth communication
• You will build lasting relationships with stakeholders across the whole company. Always have an ear to the pulse of the organization and its needs and ensure the flow of information bottomup as well as topdown
• Youll work closely with all departments especially Finance to provide necessary information to make effective strategic decisions
• Youll oversee strategic business initiatives from the development phase through to successful execution
• Youll help our founders overcome challenges in your role as integrator and communicator to all parts of the organization
• You support the implementation and setting the monitoring of OKRs.

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

• Founded experience in a similar role preferably in a fastgrowing SaaS company or as a management consultant at one of the toptier management consultancies
• Extensive experience in managing strategic and crossfunctional projects endtoend
• Youre a highly analytical number driven and handson who also knows that beside all the facts it is necessary to convince people through an empathetic and peopleoriented communication
• You are a problem solver with a cando mentality and youre working method is highly structured and organized
• Youre passionate about joining our mission and want to be part of an exciting growth phase
• You bring full proficiency in English. German fluency is a big plus.
