Job Description

Position: System Analyst/Admin

Location: Newark NJ

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and customize the S2P system to match the needs of the organizations procurement procedures including workflow design user roles data fields and system connectors.
  • Work with the procurement sourcing and vendor management teams to understand their needs and convert them into effective system configurations that support the organizations procurement goals.
  • As needed provide enduser assistance Buyer Supplier troubleshoot systemrelated issues and assist with user access management to ensure that users can browse and use the S2P system efficiently.
  • Oversee the correctness and integrity of data inside the S2P system by executing as required data uploads updates and validations as well as guaranteeing data consistency.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline procurement workflows and processes through system enhancements and configurations focusing on improving efficiency and reducing cycle times.
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure that system configurations align with business requirements and objectives and that changes are errorfree.
  • Maintain documentation of system configurations processes user guidelines and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and training.
  • Ensure that system configurations comply with security policies regulatory requirements and data protection standards.
  • Liaise with S2P system vendors to report and resolve systemrelated issues advocate for necessary enhancements and stay updated on system updates and releases.
  • Support change management initiatives related to system updates new features and process changes ensuring users are informed and prepared for changes.
  • Communicate changes in templates or supplier onboarding process including training when appropriate.
  • Make improvements to the catalog management processes and ensure standard processes are followed.
  • Provide support / assistance in creating reports from S2P system as per business requirement.
  • Provide support to increase user adoption of S2P system.
  • Maintain internal incident tracker.
  • Provide relevant incident related inputs for Business review meetings.

Ideal Candidate Profile Skills/Competencies:

  • SourceToPay System Experience: i.e. Coupa SAP Ariba Zycus
  • Proficiency in Supplier Onboarding
  • Proficient in cXML integration configurations
  • Experience in Procurement / Invoicing / Sourcing Catalog Management Contract Management Vendor Management Expense Management business performance benchmarking.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills including ability to communicate effectively at all levels within an organization.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Analytical/ Problem Solving Skills
  • Strong process management skills
  • Strong aptitude in Reporting and data analysis
  • Ability to perform in a fastpaced goaloriented and timesensitive environment.
  • Experience in using an ERP system or Cloud Procurement System
  • Change Management Experience
  • Project Management Experience
  • Lean Six Sigma
  • Process Mapping Expertise
  • Ability to Create Standard Operating Procedures
  • Strong team player with the innate ability to build and maintain strong crossfunctional relationships.
