Qualifications:

• Bachelor' degree in OD, HR, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in OD, organizational effectiveness, or change management.
• Strong knowledge of OD principles, methodologies, and theories.
• Expertise in designing and implementing OD interventions.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and consulting skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective project management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
