ElBits is creating digital solutions to unlock more capacity and support the green shift. We are now looking for talented developers to help us create innovative products in the energy sector. Regardless of seniority and background we want people who enjoy solving complex problems think outside the box and want to solve important problems for our customers. Backend development.

Frontend development.

Devops/Infrastructure.

What are we looking for

Experience with software development in a fastpaced innovative and at times complex environment.

Ability to write code in a one orfew different languages and not be afraid to pick up and understand new ones.

Experience with effective collaboration with various teams and a demonstrated ability to work across organizational boundaries.

Experience with being able to adapt and thrive in an environment characterized by change and innovation and be willing to address various issues as they arise.

Have an outcomebased mentality.

What does the process look like

Apply with your CV and contact information.

If we find your profile interesting well schedule a short (30 minute) conversation with our recruitment advisor.

After that well set up a 1hour Meet & Greet with our CTO.

For the second interview well ask you to do a short exercise and have a couple of our team members discuss it with you and also tell you a bit more about our stack.

Then its time for a final cup of coffee with our CEO and CTO to chat about culture fit.

We do a couple of reference checks and send you an offer!
