Quality Assurance

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understand and identify issues in various Web3 ad tech tools across platforms.

• Use bug tracking tools to analyze and manage issues.

• Define issue priority in line with the teams vision and standards and provide key metrics to inform stakeholders and facilitate decision making at all levels.

• Work closely with developers to ensure all projects are delivered on time with maximum quality and minimal defects.

• Identify all QA requirements and tools needed for an effective testing process.

• Attend sprint planning meetings to ensure processes are accurately represented.

• Provide clear direction for multiple test teams both internal and external to deliver a consistent vision for functionalities.

• Check for crossplatform compatibility and localization issues.

• Continually seek opportunities for improvement in current processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven background in Quality Assurance with experience in test roles

• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to inspire others.

• Proficiency in effective communication not only with the internal team but also with external parties like customers partners and more.

• Excellent understanding of Web Application tools and proficiency in crossplatform testing strategies including security testing.

• Experience in Web3 or AdTech is highly desirable.

• Proficiency in automation testing.

• Experience with live operations and services from a Quality Assurance perspective is a plus.

• Familiarity managing multiple onsite and external test teams is a plus1.
