• To achieve the sales targets allocated
  
• Provide assistance to customers to ensure satisfaction followup on customer purchases and maintain customer database
  
• Assist Retail Manager to set up promotions/ events
  
• To complete required administration work i.e. customer profiles daily/monthly sales report/ stock sheets etc
  
• Any other duties as directed by your immediate superior/ management from time to time
  

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
  
• Possess with Makeup Certificate
  
• Able to communicate effectively and excellent customer service skills
  
• Able to work on a shift basis and long hours
  
• Social Selling Skills. E.g.: Social Posting Virtual Consultation Live Streaming
  

Benefits

• Commission: RM600 RM1800
  
• Personal Incentive: RM200 RM400 (nonsenior) ; RM300 500 (Senior)
  
• Store Incentive: RM200 RM600 (depending on the Store Size)
  
• FSS Allowance (Only for FSS): RM200 400
  
• Annual Wage Supplement: 1 month of basic salary (upon confirmation)
  
• Free Cosmetics: RM1650/ quarterly
  
• Working Days: 5 days / week
  
• OT claim: Entitled
