Hiring HR Executive for Mumbai location.

Andheri and Malad job location.

Overview:

The HR Executive plays a crucial role in the organizations human resources function contributing to the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives. They are responsible for managing various HR activities to ensure a productive and harmonious work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment processes such as job postings screening and interviewing
  • Administer and monitor employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives for employees
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS
  • Handle employee relations issues and conflicts
  • Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures
  • Conduct performance management and appraisal processes
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Manage benefits administration and resolve related queries
  • Provide HR support and guidance to employees and management
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives
  • Contribute to the development of HR strategies and objectives
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review
  • Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends
  • Handle adhoc HR tasks and projects as required

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience in HR roles preferably as an HR Assistant or HR Coordinator
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes policies and best practices
  • Familiarity with HRIS and other HR software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking capabilities
  • Thorough understanding of labor laws and regulations
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • High level of professionalism and integrity
  • HR certification (e.g. SHRMCP PHR) is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
