Store In-charge Retail Outlet

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Store Incharge at a retail outlet who will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of the store. This role involves maintaining inventory ensuring a positive customer experience managing staff and implementing strategies to meet sales targets and also plays a crucial role in creating a wellorganized and customerfriendly environment.

Job Responsibility:

• Ensure accurate and uptodate inventory records. Oversee stock levels and reorder merchandise as needed.
• Conduct regular stock audits to minimize discrepancies.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting with inquiries and resolving issues.
• Maintain a visually appealing and organized store layout.
• Assist in sales activities including product demonstrations or promotions.
• Achieve sales targets by actively engaging with customers.
• Manage cash transactions and ensure accuracy in cash handling procedures.
• Process sales transactions promptly and efficiently.
• Receive incoming stock and verify against purchase orders.
• Implement security measures to prevent theft or loss.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Generate and submit regular reports on sales inventory and other relevant metrics.
• Communicate any issues or observations to the higher management.
• Execute instore promotions and marketing initiatives.
• Participate in creating awareness about new products or campaigns.
• Ensure the store is clean and wellmaintained at all times.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent Bachelors degree.
• Freshers are also welcomed.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience in retail sales and organization skills preferred
• Knowledge and passion for sustainability and fairtrade practices
• Ability to work in a team atmosphere
