RoomRaccoon is awarded the worlds best Hotel Management System for 2 years in a row and empowers hoteliers to run their property way more effectively. Our growing team of 110 heads is working from at least 4 offices around the world!

Tasks

  • API roadmap working alongside our Chief of Product and Global Partnership Programme Manager.
  • Taking ownership of the performance of your connections including new builds rebuilds as well as upgrades. Identify areas for improvement and implement measures to enhance efficiency and reliability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including commercial customer service engineering and product to define connectivity requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs.
  • Work closely with external partners and vendors to establish and maintain robust connections and integrations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to connections in a timely and efficient manner minimizing downtime and disruptions.
  • Operational scalability in the decisionmaking process aiming to minimize the need for manual workload across the entire business.
  • Implement efficiency and agility improvements in XML hotel PMS and channel management connections.
  • Deliver for key insights in supporting strategic decisionmaking by responding timeously and professionally.
  • Act as a catalyst in reducing integration churn through continuous guidance and support for external partners on best practices for connectivity and integration.
  • Manage direct reports through training mentorship performance management and team expansion.
  • Contribute actively to the overall success of the business as a member of the Leadership Team.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience in connectivity management integration and API management.
  • Strong technical skills including knowledge of APIs networking protocols and integration technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams and external partners.
  • Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical issues.
  • Experience working in a fastpaced environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously with a focus on delivering results.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to adapt to changing technology landscapes and industry trends.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with experience leading crossfunctional teams
