Excellent skills in preparing and implementing a variety of oriental cuisine, such as appetizers, grills, pastries and oriental sweets.
In-depth knowledge of ingredients and techniques used in Eastern cooking, including spices and seasonings.
The ability to design diverse and attractive menus that suit the requirements of events.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen environment.
