Essential criteria1. Database Development and Maintenance: Develop and maintain robust database systems including schema design stored procedures queries and scripts for data manipulation and retrieval. Ensure high performance security and scalability of database systems.2. Data Integration and ETL Processes: Utilize Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) to design and implement ETL (Extract Transform Load) processes that integrate data from various sources into a cohesive and efficient architecture. Optimize data flows to improve performance and reliability.3. Data Modelling Solid understanding of data modelling concepts and experience designing and implementing relational and dimensional data models.4. Business Intelligence and Reporting: Support the development of reporting and analytics solutions using Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE). Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver insightful actionable reports.5. ProblemSolving Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively. Must be able to provide efficient and scalable solutions to meet business needs.6. Communication Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.

Desirable criteria1. Familiarity with Federal Government ICT2. Cloud Data Management: Leverage cloud technologies for data storage processing and analytics. Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Azure is desirable. Implement and maintain cloudbased data solutions ensuring they are scalable secure and costeffective.3. Collaboration and Support: Work closely with the Solutions Architect and other team members to support the development and implementation of database routines and data strategies. Provide technical expertise and recommendations to improve program outcomes.4. Security Clearance (Baseline) Possession of a baseline security clearance as a bare minimum
