Tasks

Your responsibilities and impact working as a Technical Support Agent will be:

• Address escalated customer inquiries complaints and technical issues related to products and services.
• Conduct thorough investigations into escalated cases analyze data and identify root causes for appropriate solutions.
• Communicate with customers via phone email or chat to understand concerns and deliver timely resolutions.
• Make informed decisions based on company policies product knowledge and customer needs.

Requirements

Skills qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

• A nativelevel proficiency in German and a minimum C1 level of English
• A valid Portuguese work permit (required)
• Living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon for an international career and life experience
• Motivation and commitment to perform the assigned tasks effectively
• Excitement about intercultural communication and embracing the expatriate lifestyle
