- TRCH NHIM / RESPONSIBILITY
- Tai chinh:
- Xy dng k hoch kinh doanh ngn hn (1 nm) di hn (35 nm).
- Xy dng k hoch v t chc huy ng vn ngn hn v di hn m bo k hoch kinh doanh.
- Xy dng v kt hp vi cc phng ban lin quan t chc thc hin k hoch cung ng thng qu nm.
- Xy dng nh mc ngn sch v t chc kim sot s dng ngn sch cho cc hot ng ton cng ty.
- Phn tch cc ch s kinh doanh nhm ti u doanh thu chi ph ti u li nhun.
- K toan
- Xy dng h thng s sch chng t k ton theo ng chun mc k ton v cc quy trnh biu mu lin quan n k ton ti chnh.
- T chc h thng k ton tin hnh ghi chp hch ton cc nghip v kinh t pht sinh trong hot ng ca cng ty.
- Kim sot v qun l quy trnh nhp liu k ton hch ton cc quy trnh kim k ti sn cn i k ton v cc ti liu khc c lin quan.
- Gim st hot ng k ton m bo hiu qu ti u vi kim sot ni b y .
- T chc qun l v pht trin i ng ti chnh k ton chuyn nghip hiu qu v ng nht nhm p ng kp thi nhu cu hot ng kinh doanh ca cng ty
- Chu trch nhim v hot ng k ton kim ton chung ca cng ty.
- Bo co cc cng tc k ton lin quan theo yu cu ca Ban Gim c.
