Key Responsibilities:
Manage all administrative tasks related to the crew including processing contracts payroll and crew schedules onboard the cruise ship
Maintain accurate and uptodate crew records including personal information training and certifications.
Coordinate crew travel arrangements including flights visas and accommodations.
Monitor crew attendance and work closely with the vessels captain to ensure proper staffing levels.
Oversee the onboard crew store and manage inventory and sales.
Handle crew inquiries concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Assist with crew training and development programs.
Prepare and maintain crewrelated budgets and expenses.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the vessel.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Crew Purser or in a similar role in the maritime industry.
Strong knowledge of crew management processes and procedures.
Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and crew management software.
Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fastpaced environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Willingness to work irregular hours and travel as needed.
