Customer Service for Entertainment Company - WFH French Speaker

Tasks

Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Agent will be:

• Assist customers via phone email and chat on all their queries related to their subscription invoicing troubleshooting
• Provide account and application support to Customers namely with regards to software functionality.
• Deliver a high quality of service to ensure a superior customer experience.

Requirements

Skills qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

• You are a native French speaker and have min B2 level in English
• You are already based in Portugal
• You are motivated and committed to your work
• Previous experience in Customer Service is a plus

• Working hours: Monday to Sunday 08:00 to 21:00 Rotational
• Salary package: 895 gross / month x 14 months up to 100 / month performance bonus meal vouchers of 7.23 / workday reimbursement of some transportation cost Private Health Insurance and dental plan (after six months)
• Start date : 15/05/24
