Responsibilities:

• Research and understand complex technical concepts and products.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and insights.
• Write clear concise and engaging technical content for various channels including blog posts whitepapers case studies technical documentation and product guides.
• Translate technical jargon into easily understandable language for nontechnical audiences.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of technical content by factchecking and reviewing with stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends technologies and best practices.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
• Optimize content for SEO to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for content creation.
• Proofread and edit content to ensure clarity coherence and adherence to style guidelines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a technical writer or similar role preferably in the technology industry.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them in simple terms.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Google Suite and content management systems (CMS).
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword research tools.
• Experience with graphics editing tools (e.g. Adobe Photoshop Illustrator) is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Portfolio of previous work demonstrating technical writing expertise.
