we are looking for freshers with at least one year of experience who can
visit sites as per customer requirements across India.
Role & responsibilities
Handling of the control system electronics and power drives. Troubleshooting the PCB in depth
repairs at SMD component level
Documentation of the new test procedures Internal Technical reporting and CORN reporting
Meeting customer expectations for on time repair delivery schedule and avoid rerepairs.
Visit to customer place for resolving customer complaints customer training and handling
customer queries based on regional area and products allotted concepts
Should be able to handle individual assignments onsite
Highlight the frequent product complaint to seniors & provide the solution to client
Providing technical services and troubleshooting support to all enquiries/faults encountered by
the customers
Attend Client complaint via Phone E mail toll free number.
Maintain the complaint list record.
Highlight the frequent product complaint to seniors & provide the solution to client
Ready to travel all over India.
