Japan AI is planning to rapidly expand its business in the coming years. In line with this growth we are seeking a capable individual to lead product development during our startup phase.
As a dedicated Product Manager (PdM) you will tackle various tasks including:
Specific Job Responsibilities
- Conducting sales interviews acquiring client projects and creating sales scripts.
- Planning requirements gathering and project prioritization (working in collaboration with the EM for Scrumrelated work hours and progress tracking).
- Planning for proprietary product development (with a longterm roadmap in mind).
- Expanding the reach of our proprietary products.
Short Term
- Understanding the specifications of existing products.
- Capturing the demands of the business team.
- Creating PRD (Product Requirements Document) and requirement definitions.
- Advancing project progress.
- Collaborating with the CEO to plan and propose product strategies.
- Creating internal reports.
- Conducting customer interviews for productmarket fit validation.
Medium to Long Term
- Creating a medium to longterm product roadmap.
- Providing guidance to the entire product development team taking the lead in product development.
- Developing a business plan for the product.
- Conducting sales interviews acquiring client projects and creating sales scripts.

Minimum Requirements
- Public Cloud (AWS Associate )
- English
- Demonstrated experience in driving product development as a Product Manager or Project Owner.
- Possession of certifications or equivalent knowledge in Public Cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Associate) or similar qualifications.
- Experience collaborating with software engineers test engineers infrastructure teams and designers to create services.
- Strong leadership skills to rally and drive a team excellent communication skills and the ability to make datainformed decisions.
