- Develop annual sales department budget and execute the sales programs and activities within it assisted by his sales team br Identify sources of group business for the hotel and establish solicitation programs to maximize sales br Conduct yearly sales team MPDR and ongoing evaluations coaching and counseling br Review and finalize corporate section of the month end Sales Report prior to submitting it to the Director of Sales OSO at Corporate Office br Recruit select train and motivate Sales Department personnel to realize their potential and to develop individuals for advancement within Rotana br Prepare and implement the local action plan for new properties based on the Sales amp Marketing Opening Action Plan designed for each hotel by the Corporate Office
