You will take the lead in product improvement projects covering the entire spectrum from requirements definition to information design and all the way to product UI design aimed at enhancing various products.

Furthermore as part of your responsibilities to enhance the value of the design organization youll be tasked with more than just discovering and implementing measures to maximize the performance of individual designers. You will also focus on improving workflows and fostering teamwide growth envisioning and driving what the design organization should look like.

This includes:

• Updating the design process
• Managing design quality

• Knowledge and experience in humancentered design and design thinking methodologies
• Experience in prototyping design
• Experience in UI design including web and apps for at least 3 years

• Experience in designing and operating ToC (ConsumerFacing) services

• Experience in redesigning and maintaining design systems within a team
• Ability to demonstrate leadership and lead projects with a team
