Accounts and Finance Intern

As an Accounts Intern you will work closely with our finance team to assist in various accounting tasks and gain handson experience in financial operations.

Internship: 3 Months
Location: Mohali WFO
Shift: Morning Shift
Stipend: 15K/Month

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of financial documents such as invoices bills and accounts payable/receivable records.

• Update and maintain financial records in compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Reconcile bank statements and assist in bank transactions.

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports including balance sheets income statements and cash flow statements.

• Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities.

• Assist with data entry tasks and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.

• Collaborate with team members to support monthend and yearend closing processes.

• Perform other ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors.

Technical:

• Strong academic background in accounting finance or related field.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks Zoho Books).

• Excellent numerical and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively in a team environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
