Our vision is to become Europes leading job platform for nursing professions and to fight the nursing crisis! Tasks

What Youll Do:

• Analyze business requirements to understand and articulate the scope and objectives of new and existing product features.
• Write detailed Jira tickets and Confluence pages for the development team ensuring clear communication of requirements deadlines and priorities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders developers and designers to refine product concepts and user experiences.
• Monitor project progress by tracking activity resolving problems publishing progress reports and recommending actions.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and engineers.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure requirements are fully understood and implemented as intended.
• Participate in sprint planning retrospectives and daily standups to stay aligned with the team and address any issues swiftly.
• Maintain uptodate knowledge of the industrys latest trends and technologies to improve product development and user experience.
• Ensure the development backlog is prioritized and that all Jira tickets are clear concise and actionable.
• Act as a liaison between the business stakeholders and the development team facilitating clear communication and understanding of project goals and priorities.
• Conduct and participate in user research and usability tests to validate features and identify areas for improvement.
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of new features using data to inform future product decisions.

Requirements

• High motivation to work as a Business Analyst in a product development environment.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical team members.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and conceptualization skills in English and possibly in German
• An understanding of agile methodologies and the product development lifecycle.
• Bonus: Familiarity with user experience design principles and user research methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
