SCRUM Master mfd for our talent pool

To be able to expand our network we are searching for experienced and highqualified experts for our talent pool. We permanently staff projects in an international environment with a minimum duration of 612 months.

Currently we are looking for an experienced SCRUM Master with a proven trackrecord within the Pharma and / or Telco industry. Perfect candidates have a proven track record of min. 5 projects as a Scrum Master (not just certificates) and are fluent in English and/or German.

Our clients are mostly located in the DACH region. Therefore only applications from candidates within the EU can be considered!

Tasks

• Help the team to develop and work with Scrum
• Ensure the communication flow between development teams other Scrum teams and other roles (e.g. Product Owner Management) and works closely with the Release Train Engineer
• Facilitate the teams progress towards team goals
• Lead and facilitate team efforts in relentless improvement to build a high performing team
• Facilitate the Scrum events
• Support the Product Owner to manage the backlog
• Coach the Product Owner to understand and practice agility
• Promote quality practices and assist the teams in constantly improving the quality of their deliverables and meeting the Definition of Done (DoD)
• Support interteam cooperation in the Agile Release Train and help the team to operate well on the train
• Assist tracking the execution of features and capabilities
• Help manage risks and dependencies
• Provide input on resourcing to address critical bottlenecks
• Remove impediments to the team and teams delivery

Requirements

• A minimum experience of 5 years as a certified Scrum Master
• Has worked for serval organizations or projects in programs with multiple Scrum teams in a single program
• Expert knowledge of Scrum Lean and other Agile scaling models (SAFe etc.)
• Excellent at communicating and coordinating people at all levels in the organization
• Strong mentoring communication coaching and presentation skills
• Experience in working within environments using hybrid approaches (agile/waterfall)
• University degree in Business IT Engineering or equivalent fields
• Excellent skills in English and/or German spoken and written
• Experience in working with JIRA

Nice to have

• Leading virtual teams
• Experience in pharmaceutical telecommunication or IT industry (especially ERP)
• Several references as Scrum Master in projects with several Scrum teams working in parallel
