RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent

service.

Complete business administration and ensure compliance with

policies and procedures.

Oversee business operations.

Manage Inventory.

Website management (sales orders pricing and items)

Manage order dispatching.

Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising

standards.

Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints

grievances etc).
