Responsibilities:
Broad HR support for the business and the company including payroll supervision administration recruitment development retention cooperation and supporting responsible H&S staff permanent aligning with changing company needs and market;
HR Administration and compensation:
o Employees serving by all needed documentation and certifications;
o Permanent cooperation with the external payroll provider to ensure proper and on time payroll process including documents exchange and variable parts calculations;
o Ensuring proper and on time HR administration including documentations meal tickets ordering Timesheets process for own and leased staff Oracle data updates;
o Developing & implementing local and corporate HR policies;
o Preparation and realization the HR budget;
o Corporate and country reporting and HR statistics;
o Creating and realization common compensation and benefits policies;
o Providing required information to Management;
o Assisting and advising company management in all HR related issues and topics;
o If Payroll inhouse; system managing by filling with all needed data like employes details absenteeism conditions changes;
o If payroll outsourced close cooperation with the payroll provider.
Recruitment:
o Recruiting interviewing staffing;
o Ensuring production of job description and candidate profiles;
o Managing advertising media agencies;
o Ensuring consistent terms and conditions across businesses;
o Conducting exit interviews during employee terminations and resignations.
Communications and Culture:
o Introduction and execution of corporate and country policies;
o Code of Conduct and all company policies;
o Negotiate and legalese the Collective Labor Contract for company;
o Building and improving appropriate employee relations.
Training and Development
o Determining training requirements by analysis of performance reviews talent assessment processes and business priorities;
o Coordinating delivery of inhouse & external training courses;
o Leading Performance Management process and its outcome.
Health Safety Environment and Security:
o Supporting HSE responsible to raise standards implementing policies and handling specific cases.
Corporate and Regional activities:
o Active support in all projects and activities with regional or corporate scope.
Requirements:
>2 years on similar position in international company;
Master degree preferable HR specialization;
Very good knowledge of labor regulations;
Proficient Microsoft Office;
Driving license desirable;
Passionate with HR with high business orientation;
Flexible and open for changes;
Team player with high interpersonal skills;
Multitasking dynamic and solution oriented;
Able to work under time pressure;
High selfmotivation and selfdisciplined;
With good work organization and high accountable;
Native local language;
Advanced English;
Advanced Italian is a plus.
