Responsibilities:
Providing assistance to Key Account Managers while working collaborativelywithin the Sales Service Team;
Download orders from various customer systems and input them accurately intothe SAP system.
Manage pricing updates within systems and ensure consistency with establishedguidelines.
Oversee manual followups on orders to guarantee timely delivery and resolveissues.
Serve as a direct point of contact for customer inquiries ensuring highquality support.
Maintain clear and effective communication with both internal teams and external customers.
Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to take on additional tasks and responsibilities as the role evolves.
Your profile:
Proficiency in SAP backed by previous experience;
Ability to quickly adapt to various customer portals;
Advanced German andEnglish communication skills;
