Role description:

• Business partner for our board member Innovation & Technology in all financerelated topics related to this Board portfolio;
• Strategic and operational business management consulting for the companywide innovation areas acting as an interface to production in controlling topics;
• Active support in strategic and operational planning processes as well as project planning in SAP and other project systems;
• Analysis of the economic project situation and if needed immediate launch of measures to ensure the target achievement;
• Global R&D project tracking in cooperation with the respective local project management monthly reporting and analysis of the relevant aggregated R&D key figures;
• Definition and continuous improvement of standards for the global R&D reporting in order to fulfil the claim of being bestinclass;
• Coordination of the globally distributed project initiation.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in a similar role preferably in a multinational company;
• Degree in Business Administration;
• Experience working with SAP S/4 and in particular in SAP PS BW BPC and SAC would be highly advantageous;
• Proficient in using MS Office particularly Excel and PowerPoint Power BI and ideally MS Project;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
• Strong analytical and conceptual abilities as well as an outstanding comprehension of numbers;
• Good teamwork and presentation skills.
