Jadeer is hiring on behalf of one of its clients one of the leading companies in the IT industry in the KSA market.

Job Title: Sales Branch Manager.

Job Industry: IT.

Job Location: KSA.

Job Summary:

As the Branch Manager at Nahil Computers Company you will be responsible for overseeing the daytoday operations and performance of the branch. This role requires exceptional leadership skills strategic thinking and a strong understanding of sales and customer service principles within the technology industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Management:

  • Provide effective leadership to the branch team fostering a positive and motivating work environment.
  • Set clear objectives for the team and ensure alignment with company goals and targets.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to staff members to enhance their skills and productivity.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize branch performance and achieve growth targets.

Sales and Business Development:

  • Drive sales initiatives to meet and exceed revenue targets focusing on both hardware and software products as well as service offerings.
  • Identify opportunities for business expansion and develop strategies to capitalize on market trends and customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to identify potential opportunities or threats to the business.

Operational Excellence:

  • Ensure the efficient and effective operation of all branch activities including inventory management logistics and customer service.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance indicators such as sales revenue expenses and profitability and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and costeffectiveness.

Customer Service:

  • Promote a customercentric culture within the branch emphasizing the importance of delivering exceptional service and support to all clients.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues or complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner ensuring customer retention and loyalty.
  • Gather customer feedback and insights to identify areas for service improvement and implement strategies to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Key Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven 10 years of experience including a managerial role within the technology industry with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities with a customercentric mindset.
  • Solid understanding of sales and marketing principles as well as financial management and budgeting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
