Job Description:
As an Entry Level Assistant Flooring Superintendent you will work closely with our experienced Flooring Superintendents to learn and assist in managing various aspects of our commercial flooring projects. This role will provide handson experience and valuable training in project coordination scheduling quality control and client communication.

Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with project planning scheduling and coordination.
Supporting the supervision and coordination of flooring installers and subcontractors.
Participating in quality inspections to ensure work meets company standards and client expectations.
Assisting in monitoring project progress and addressing any issues or delays that arise.
Learning to communicate effectively with clients project managers and other stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
Assisting in maintaining accurate project documentation including schedules budgets and change orders.
Adhering to safety protocols and promoting a safe work environment for all team members.
Requirements:
No prior experience required; however a strong interest in the commercial flooring industry is preferred.
Willingness to learn and develop new skills in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality work.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
