- Job Purpose
Manage business analysis and project management activities for transformation projects.
Role And Key Accountabilities
- Business analysis for transformation projects
- Analysis of current process and proposing improvements
- Analysis of data to arrive at insights
- Analysis of current state in terms of people, processes and tools.
- Conduct benchmark analysis as required for projects
- Define solution approaches and would be state
- Work on the end to end cycle of transformation projects including, initiating, planning, executing,
- monitoring/controlling and closing.
- Manage various work streams in a project, collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure all
- deliverables are ready in time
- Work on various transformation projects related communication channels like Google site, emails
- etc.
- Collaborative with 3rd parties as required for transformation initiatives.
- Prepare project status updates and performance analysis for the projects.
- Support all transformation team activities
