Customer Service Agent with Albanian AND Macedonian Serbian Croatian or Slovenian

• Communicate via inbound and outbound calls emails tickets and chats with existing customers to solve their issues within guidelines
• Ensure the delivery of an efficient and very high quality customer experience at every contact
• Update the database of customers and document activities and history for further contacts and campaigns

• Based in or willingness to move to Romania
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in three languages: Albanian and Serbian/Croatian or Macedonian or Slovenian (one of those three languages) and English or Romanian
• College degree or related work experience in a BPO/customer support
• Good MS Office skills
• Responsible and reliable attitude
• Very good customer service skills with pleasant friendly voice/understandability
• High motivation and enthusiastic approach
• Planning and prioritization skills
• Effective decision making

• Schedule MondayFriday 10:0019:00 40h/week fulltime
• 10% salary increase after 6 months and a performance bonus 200 after 3 months
