الوصف الوظيفي
- Communicate via inbound and outbound calls emails tickets and chats with existing customers to solve their issues within guidelines
- Ensure the delivery of an efficient and very high quality customer experience at every contact
- Update the database of customers and document activities and history for further contacts and campaigns
- Based in or willingness to move to Romania
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in three languages: Albanian and Serbian/Croatian or Macedonian or Slovenian (one of those three languages) and English or Romanian
- College degree or related work experience in a BPO/customer support
- Good MS Office skills
- Responsible and reliable attitude
- Very good customer service skills with pleasant friendly voice/understandability
- High motivation and enthusiastic approach
- Planning and prioritization skills
- Effective decision making
- Excellent remuneration package based on experience skills and performance
- Schedule MondayFriday 10:0019:00 40h/week fulltime
- 10% salary increase after 6 months and a performance bonus 200 after 3 months
