SaaS Product Manager

• Act as a key liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure project success.
• Facilitate Joint Application Development sessions (JAD) with Business Users and Stakeholders to gather requirements effectively.
• Coordinate with agile coaches and product owners to push for product/sprint backlog and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Manage documentation reporting and stakeholder communication to keep all parties informed of project progress.
• Lead sprint planning scrum meetings and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement in product development processes.
• Oversee the creation of user stories sprint planning backlog management and sprint demo sessions.
• Forecast budget and invoice for project resources ensuring optimal utilization.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and implement new business and IT processes that align with the SDLC.
• Monitor project progress remove urgencies and ensure strategic alignment of information resources with business priorities.
• Drive quality assurance procedures risk management and change management initiatives.
• Conduct data migration and transfer between different systems and databases.
• Manage deliverables UATs and golives ensuring successful project outcomes.
• Monitor IoT machines networking activities and resource utilization to optimize project performance.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members fostering a collaborative and resultsoriented work environment.

• 4 years of experience in project management solution analysis business analysis and management.
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
• Experience working on SaaSbased projects and managing large crossfunctional teams.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools such as JIRA Confluence GitHub Jenkins and ServiceNow.
• Excellent communication stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to articulate a vision execute business strategies and address both business and technical challenges effectively.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to collect analyze and evaluate information systems issues.
• Bachelors degree in a relevant field; advanced certifications in project management or agile methodologies are a plus.
