What will you do:
This role entails collaborating closely with publishers in Indonesia serving as their primary point of contact (PIC). Responsibilities include promptly addressing messages and inquiries from these publishers on a daily basis
Main responsibility will include Client Onboarding Strategy & Analytics Upsell Retention Troubleshooting Relationship Building and Optimization
Work in close cooperation with the internal team globally within the department and cross departments
The objective of this position is to establish strong and reliable relationships externally (with the assigned publishers) while fostering strong reliable internal team cohesion. The aim is to effectively upsell to publishers thereby boosting the companys revenue and margin.
Additionally it involves closely monitoring the performance of assigned publishers within the portfolio and optimization
Who you are:
3 years of experience in Client Management/Sales/Account Management/Relationship Management
Ability to communicate maintain relationship analyze optimize upsell present strategic solution and optimisation plan
Able to speak write and present in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Knowledge of Ad Tech Industries or Digital Marketing and Indonesia Publishers Business Development
Experience with Client Management
Bachelor/Master degree of Communication Marketing International Relations International Business (preferred but not required)
Will be a plus:
Experience with AdTech/MarTech
Prior Adtech experience
Prior Client Management or Client Service experience
Languages proficiency:
Fluent English and Indonesian Language
