What we want:
We are seeking an experienced Ad Operations Manager who will play a critical role in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across our DSP. This position requires a mix of technical acumen analytical prowess and effective communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in ad operations with a deep understanding of programmatic advertising ad serving technologies and data analysis.

Requirements

Bachelor s degree in Marketing Advertising Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in ad operations preferably within a DSP ad network or digital advertising agency.
Strong understanding of programmatic advertising ad serving technologies and digital advertising metrics.
Proficient in data analysis with the ability to derive insights from performance metrics.
Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
