What you will do:
Campaign Management: Set up monitor and optimize advertising campaigns on the DSP to ensure they meet the clients objectives and performance goals.
Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ad serving targeting tracking and reporting. Work closely with the tech team to enhance the platforms capabilities.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze campaign performance data to identify optimization opportunities. Prepare and present detailed reports to clients and internal teams.
Collaboration: Work with the sales and account management teams to understand client needs and provide operational support for campaign planning and execution.
Process Improvement: Develop and implement best practices for ad operations to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in DSP technology.
Team Support: Provide guidance and support to junior ad operations staff. Contribute to the teams knowledgesharing and professional development.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Marketing Advertising Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in ad operations preferably within a DSP ad network or digital advertising agency.
Strong understanding of programmatic advertising ad serving technologies and digital advertising metrics.
Proficient in data analysis with the ability to derive insights from performance metrics.
Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
