SONG CHUAN Group is top brand for Relay Manufacturing in the Globe our head office is located in Taiwan Taipei. we established on of our Relay Manufacturing Plant in India to supplying to Indian OEM like Tata Motors TVS Ashok Leyland and Eicher Motors.
SONG CHUAN is 50 Years old company in manufacturing the all types of Relays we have two more manufacturing plants in China & two plants in Taiwan one in Vietnam.
In India we have established in Jan 2019 at Chakan Pune Maharashtra India.

Job description :
Manage all Supplier related activities. Review Customer schedule and supplier child part plan Quotations POs and Invoices.
Coordinate with Supplier visits and audits. Handle Internal complaints and on time response with actions and improvements.
Monitor Supplier schedule vs actual parts receiving and monitoring shortage for child parts.
Track daily/monthly MRP and Import parts shortages communicate & coordination with HQ.
Documentation and procedure compliance. Establish review and revise Purchase and store procedures establish training / development for Storekeepers and technician for the related child parts.
MRP analysis and action on shortages and put a PO to supplier accordingly.
Monthly Inventory Physical vs System and analysis of extra inventories weather it is Higher or Lower.
Direct involvement in new child parts and new products localization processes.
PPAP Audit and file submission to our Quality for approval.
Change management in coordination with HQ.
Inventory carrying cost and control the inventory.
Email and telephonic communication with anyone within the group companies in Taiwan Singapore China etc. whenever required.
Requirements:
Minimum 23 years of experience in Purchase / Store.
Awareness of IATF 16949:2016
ISO 9001:2015 ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.
