Position : Sr Service Now Developer/ Lead ( candiadate needs to be hands on)

Bill Rate : $85/hr on C2C

Pay Rate : $70/hr on C2C

The ideal candidate will have:

• Good Understanding & Experience in ServiceNow specifically Service Catalog ITSM Request Fulfillment and Flow Designer.
• Determine problem areas within our current Service Catalog framework and recommend solutions
• Strong experience and background in building request forms.
• Develop new UI .
• Develop processes with ServiceNow that improve user access and navigation of our Service Catalog
• Support the design of custom catalogue items working with business partners and the Service Catalog manager and the Product Manager for implementation
• Collaborate with the project manager and system analyst to establish timelines specifications technical documentation and forms
• Implement and monitor changes to ensure a smooth transition
• Clientcentric focus strong communication and teamwork skills to work optimally with multifunctional teams.
• Ensure effective collaboration and communication with vendor partners to meet project goals and timelines.
• Drive agile delivery practices to ensure flexibility efficiency and responsiveness in solution delivery.

ServiceNow Developer Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in computer science information technology computer information systems or a similar field
• 2 years of working with ServiceNow including configuring an ITSM service catalog and workflow design using Flow Designer
• ServiceNow scripting / JavaScript experience required
• ServiceNow IntegrationHub experience required
• ServiceNow Administrator Fundamentals certification is a plus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
