The AAD/AD Requirements Engineer position which is part of our small Identity team offers a wide range of technical challenges at the forefront of requirements engineering and technology development. In this role you will be responsible for assessing planning prioritizing and implementing the technical changes and new demands as well as the EntraID and the legacy onpremise Active Directory environment.

What you will do:

• Further development of the Azure core infrastructure (EntraID) and legacy AD Domain Services for the Business environment including security availability performance interoperability and reliability
• Developing solution proposals and decisionmaking based on the basis of the collected requirements.
• Creating the systemtechnical descriptions and overviews
• Development and maintenance of architecture and technology documentation.
• Alignment with architecture and engineers in the definition and specification
• Advising the business and business IT on IT projects.
• Supporting the migration of OnPrem infrastructures to the Microsoft 365 Cloud like SharePoint file services etc.
• Definition of the futureproof solution evolvement
• Operation and expansion of a reliable secure global identity/communication service infrastructure (AD EntraID)
• Economic efficiency in development purchasing administration and operation.

What you bring & who you are:

• High development / engineering skills including infrastructure as code and deployment pipelines.
• Strong expertise and knowledge in Microsoft Azure and Active Directory (M365 as an advantage)
• High level of business orientation and support while maintaining security requirements and economic efficiency
• A related Microsoft certification was conducted (e.g. Microsoft Azure Enterprise Administrator Security Administrator Associate)
• Good sense for IT Security considerations in Microsoft Cloud Services supporting a riskbased security approach by design.
• Good knowledge of identity and access management systems good understanding of IAM standards such as OAuth2 SAML OpenID LDAP Microsoft Active Directory Microsoft Azure Active Directory authentication protocols
• You speak fluently English German is a plus.
• Familiaritywith AD EntraID Windows Server PowerShell Azure Cloud is an advantage
• Readiness for taking on call operation is a plus
