Sourcing Purchasing Manager Essential Oils Aromatherapy all genders

Your role

We are looking for an experienced Sourcing & Purchasing Manager for essential oils & aromatherapy at Sunday Natural. In this role you will be responsible for expanding maintaining and managing our range of 100% pure essential oils. As a member of our small team you will be in charge of efficiently managing the assortment conducting thorough research and selecting new and existing oils while strictly adhering to our quality standards.

• Research and selection of highquality essential oils for the strategic expansion of the range considering delivery terms quality and identification of potential new producers
• Responsible for market monitoring & competitive analysis ensuring that our range remains uptodate and competitive
• Continuous maintenance of current product documentation and expansion as well as maintenance of the product range
• Crossfunctional collaboration with our international team as well as with manufacturers producers and suppliers worldwide
• Ensure thorough data management in our ERP system Odoo and integrate new products into our online shop
• Generate reports and statistics and continuously expand your knowledge of trends through targeted literature research on products and topics in the cosmetics and health sector

Your profile

• Demonstrated experience in sourcing and purchasing in the beauty natural cosmetics or essential oils sectors accompanied by a strong passion for these topics
• Excellent communication organizational and analytical skills to establish and maintain smooth cooperation with manufacturers and external partners
• Perseverance and patience in handling inquiries as well as quick comprehension
• Strong team orientation and ability to collaborate effectively in international diverse teams
• Ideally fluent in German and English with additional language skills considered an advantage
• Appreciation for writing with the option to contribute your skills in the area of text creation for product descriptions and newsletters
