This is a remote position.

• Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation activities to identify and qualify potential customers.
  
• Build rapport with prospects through effective communication and active listening.
  
• Present product/service offerings persuasively and address customer inquiries to drive sales conversions.
  
• Assist in negotiating pricing terms and contracts to close deals and achieve revenue targets.
  
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities customer interactions and pipeline management using CRM software.
  
• Collaborate with senior sales team members and other departments to optimize sales processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
  
• Stay updated on product knowledge industry trends and competitive landscape.
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree preferred.
  
• Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is a plus but not required.
  
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse customer segments.
  
• Eagerness to learn and develop sales skills with a passion for achieving targets.
  
• Excellent communication negotiation and problemsolving abilities.
  
• Basic proficiency in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
