Job Purpose:

  • To ensure contracted service delivery to DSV Bahrain’s Strategic Partners by working closely with the clients & operations team.
  • Forecasting the financials for the company from the operational forecasts provided by client.
  • Conducting Business and operational reviews.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction & building long terms strategic partnership.

Accoutabilities:

  • Maintaining productivity data for the entire sales customers (for all products)
  • Filing and maintaining insurance data for customers for the accounts department
  • Maintaining and updating contracts and contract expiration dates in coordination with the accounts department
  • Preparing quotations and updating quote status on regular basis
  • Updating tracking reports on regular basis
  • Works closely with sales team to communicate, coordinate and compile sales reports for the Management on pre-defined basis
  • Managing the correspondence between the sales team, their clients along with inter-company offices.
  • Assists on market research analysis and trends
  • Other analytical tasks as required to support the Sales and accounts department

Reporting

  • Ensures accurate compilation and reporting of operational and financial information about the customers
  • Prepares sales plans and reports

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree from a four year university or equivalent experience is required

Experience: With a minimum of 2 years’ of solid experience in an inside Sales & Marketing environment

Competencies:

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • With advanced MS office skills (especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
  • Logical reasoning
