We have just been awarded a scholarship from the Berliner Startup Stipendium program Science & Startups for Future and looking to take on another team member.

Tasks

We are now seeking candidates with a passion and a keen interest in the scientific development of a groundbreaking product to revolutionise the condom industry.

Requirements

What you need to succeed:

We know that everybody is unique with their unique qualities so we are open to any type of background and look for people from all walks of life. We believe the following experiences and skills will set you up for success in this venture:

• A distinguished track record or work experience in the field of Sexual Health Womens Sexual Health Gynaecology or a related medical discipline/experience
• A passion for challenging societal norms surrounding sexuality and gender health equity
• Demonstrated resilience and innovative problemsolving skills in navigating challenges showcasing an ability to persistently overcome obstacles with creativity and determination
• A handson attitude with a willingness to take on diverse tasks even beyond the immediate scope of expertise contributing to the multifaceted requirements of building and advancing the company
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English; German proficiency is advantageous but not mandatory
• Demonstrated integrity selfmotivation and a proactive executionoriented mindset indicative of a leader ready to drive the scientific vision and strategic goals of the venture

The scholarship has the following requirements:

• University degree (or imminent graduation e.g. pending thesis)
• No prior company founding
• Residency in Berlin
• No previous BSS EXIST or similar scholarships
