• Execution ability: Focus on timely delivery with high quality familiarity with multiple software development practices and tools.
• Education: Degree in Computer Science or related field with strong understanding of objectoriented programming concurrency and computer science fundamentals.
• Problemsolving Skills: Strong problemsolving skills data structures and algorithms with handson experience building and running largescale systems.
• Handson Manager: Involved in coding code reviews design and architecture reviews. Previous software industry experience of 6 years with 2 years in dedicated Engineering management.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to drive roadmap execution across different geographies product and functional teams.
• Datadriven: Experience crafting products powered by data and insights with a focus on metricsdriven success criteria.
• Cloud Experience: Deep understanding of building cloudnative applications on either AWS Azure or GCP.
