- Responsibilities
As a UI/UX Designer Business Analyst for our Deals Technology team, your role merges the creative with the analytical to enhance our digital solutions through user-centered design and strategic business analysis. This position is integral to developing AI-driven platforms and applications that transform how we deliver deals advisory and transaction services. Working closely with the Deals Transformation team, you will ensure that our technology solutions not only meet our strategic goals but also provide intuitive, user-friendly experiences. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by designing innovative interfaces and conducting in-depth analysis to drive decision-making and project success.
As a UI/UX Designer Business Analyst in the Deals Technology team, your responsibilities will include:
- Designing user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications, focusing on optimizing user experience and incorporating AI and data analytics functionalities.
- Collaborating with the Deals Transformation team to understand business requirements and translating them into design solutions that align with PwC's strategic initiatives.
- Conducting user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback, using data to inform design decisions and improve application functionality.
- Working closely with developers and project managers to ensure design coherence and technical feasibility across all project phases.
- Creating wireframes, user flows, and mockups to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Analyzing user feedback and application performance to identify areas for improvement, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, user-friendly products.
- Staying abreast of the latest trends and technologies in UI/UX design and business analysis, applying innovative approaches to solve complex design challenges.
- Preferred Knowledge/Skills
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
- Experience in business analysis, with the ability to translate business requirements into functional design specifications.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision) and an understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript basics.
- Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts, with the ability to design interfaces that seamlessly integrate these technologies.
- Strong analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, user-friendly products.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
