We are looking for Instrumentation Design Technical LeadBangalore with 3 to 15 Yrs of Experience for our esteemed client for Bangalore Location.
Key Skills: E & I Designing Turbomachinery s Gas turbine
Note: Candidate shall be willing to work at customer location.

Responsibilities
As Instrumentation Engineer you will be responsible for the Instrumentation design for Gas Turbine Steam Turbine Driven Compressor and Generator applications Electric Motors Reciprocating Compressors and Turboexpanders. You will have the opportunity to introduce new technology to enhance company profitability and productivity. You will be responsible for maintaining and incorporating new costeffective solutions for designs.
Designing Electrical and Instrumentation arrangements through the application of international standards ( e.g ATEX CSA NEC/NEMA IECex )
Modeling using 3D software for instrumentation loop arrangement based on installation condition
Designing and SMART instrumentation configuration against susceptibility to electric and electromagnetic noise
Optimizing Electrical installation to standardize solution in collaboration with manufacturing department
Creation & Evaluation of P&IDs as per customer requirement
Preparation of Instruments & I/O List wiring diagram primary and pneumatic hookups based on the P&IDs and vendor documents
Preparation of Instruments Specification / Data sheets Purchase Specification for all type of gages and transmitters.
Project Scheduling monitoring and control and maintain OTD and Quality of the Engineering documents
Requirements
Have proven working Experience in an engineering position for Instrumentation Engineering for Turbomachinery s Preferable: Gas turbine/ centrifugal compressor / steam turbine / Reciprocating Compressor / Turboexpanders.
Be proficient in instrumentation design and related development tools; knowledge of industry code and standards
Have welldeveloped interpersonal and communication skills; able to influence and motivate others.
Be able to work in multicultural team and customer review meetings.
Be fluent in spoken and written English
Effective team building problemsolving abilities and leadership skills
Tools skill: AutoCAD Electrical AVEVA instrumentation EPLAN P8 MS office & Team Center.
Bachelor s degree in Instrumentation Engineering
Experience in an engineering position for Instrumentation Engineering for Turbomachinery s Preferable: Gas turbine/ centrifugal compressor / steam turbine / Reciprocating Compressor / Turboexpanders.
